Neighborhood Development Center

$30,000 — NDC is a non-profit, community development financial institution providing integrated business services for entrepreneurs to start and grow their businesses. 

Latino Economic Development Center

$30,000 — LEDC is a membership-based Community Development Financial Institution focused on building thriving a multicultural community, enriched with Latino leadership, culture and economic influence.

East Side Neighborhood Development Center

$8,000 — ESNDC is a local governed community development corporation focused on engaging the neighborhood to create affordable, safe housing and spur economic commercial development with East Side pride. 

Lower Phalen Creek Project, Wakan Tipi Center

$10,000 — Founded in 1997 as a partnership between St. Paul’s East Side and Lowertown neighborhoods. The project area stretches from Lake Phalen to the Mississippi River and its work is powered by a dedicated board, staff, and advisory council of citizens that represent neighborhoods and cultural communities with ties to the area.

East Side Employment xChange

$10,000 — The xChange is a group of community-based organizations working together to create more - and more equitable - employment opportunities for the East Side of Saint Paul.

Indigenous Roots Center

$50,000 — A collective of artists and organizations dedicated to building, supporting, and cultivating opportunities for Indigenous peoples and communities of color through cultural arts and activism.

Hmong American Farmers Association, East Side Financial Center

$3,000 — Since 2014, HAFA and EFC have engaged in a deep partnership to provide farmers with access to financial counseling, a matched savings account, and the opportunity to receive 1:1 matched funds up to $2,000.

GROW-IT Center, Metropolitan State University

$50,000 —The Center will be a community-university urban agricultural Gateway for Research, Outreach, Workforce Development, Innovation and Teaching (GROW-IT). Partners envision a year-round learning hub for scientist, students, and community practitioners to exchange knowledge and grow healthy communities.
